Submission deadline rule (6:30pm cut-off)

Auto-Enrolment contributions are always calculated at 1.5% of the employee’s gross earnings for the period.

Correction AECS submissions can only be submitted up to 6:30pm on the employee’s pay date.

Once the 6:30pm cut-off time has passed:

• the period is closed
• AECS corrections cannot be made through payroll
• AE contributions already submitted cannot be amended
• any required changes must be made manually on the MyFutureFund employer portal
• Payroll cannot retrospectively amend Auto-Enrolment submissions after this deadline.

Where the 6:30pm deadline has passed,  any required correction must be carried out directly on the MyFutureFund employer portal.

Payroll software cannot make any contribution adjustments after this point.
