A CSV file with the following columns are accepted:

1. Contact Name - Optional
2. Customer Name - Required
3. Balance - Required
4. Phone Number - Optional

The Format is Contact Name, Customer Name, Balance, Phone Number.

Important- Do not include headers only the individual customer details.

For Example:
