A checklist will appear to remind you to post your period-end journals etc. Select Close on Checklist when you are satisfied that you have posted all required journals and entries.

• Start Date (Optional): Set the start date of the desired period.
• Finish Date (Optional): Set the end date of the desired period.
  If you leave the date range blank then all transactions entered into Thesaurus Accounts will be included.

Once you have entered the Current Date Range, press Return on your keyboard after entering the end date, and then an option will be given to set the Comparative Period.

The user can select any Comparative Date range they wish.

• Prepare                                                                                    
• Exclude Zeros - tick the box if you wish to exclude zero balances from your Trial Balance.
• Print / Copy if required.

Note: Double-clicking on an Account within the Trial Balance screen will display line by line the transactions behind the figure on the Trial Balance.
